My name is Israel Bailey, and I specialise in helping adults in Solihull and Birmingham lose weight, improve strength, and feel more in control of their health again. I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, with a Level 4 qualification in Diabetes and Obesity Management, and qualified to coach circuit training and kettlebells, so I have the knowledge to help with behaviour change. I have spent years working with clients who want a simple, realistic approach that fits around work, family, and everyday life. My focus is on strength, mobility, metabolic health, and sustainable fat loss for people in their 40s, 50s and 60s.
