About the Coach

Who am I?

My name is Israel Bailey, and I specialise in helping adults in Solihull and Birmingham lose weight, improve strength, and feel more in control of their health again. I have spent years coaching clients who want a simple, realistic approach that fits around work, family, and everyday life. My philosophy is built on clarity, consistency, and removing the overwhelm that stops most people from making progress.

Qualifications and Professional Background

I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, with a Level 4 qualification in Diabetes and Obesity Management, and qualified to coach circuit training and kettlebells, so I have the knowledge to help with behaviour change. I have spent years working with clients who want a simple, realistic approach that fits around work, family, and everyday life. My focus is on strength, mobility, metabolic health, and sustainable fat loss for people in their 40s, 50s and 60s.

Why I created the "Lazy Way Method"

Most people over 40 don't struggle because they lack discipline. They struggle because traditional dieting is too complicated and too restrictive. The Lazy Way method removes calorie counting and focuses on simple habits that deliver results without taking over your life. It's designed for peoplewho want to lose weight, feel better, and stay consistent without feeling like they're on a diet.

How I Work With Clients

I coach clients in Birmingham and Solihull through strength-focused sessions, personalised habit coaching, and clear weekly targets. Sessions can take place in a private setting, outdoors, or online, depending on what suits you best. Every client starts with a free consultation so I can have a better understanding of your goals and build a plan that fits your lifestyle.
